Enterprise Account Executive – AI / LLM / Enterprise Software / Strategic Sales
We are currently partnered with a fast-growing European AI company building next-generation enterprise AI and deep-tech solutions for large organisations across finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, and industrial sectors. As part of their international commercial expansion, they are looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to take full ownership of the Italian market and drive strategic enterprise growth across Italy.
This is a senior, high-autonomy individual contributor role focused on selling transformational AI solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from strategic discovery through qualification, proposal, negotiation, contract close, and account expansion
- Build and close high-value enterprise engagements, including €500K–€1M+ deals and multi-year strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute a national go-to-market strategy across priority industries and enterprise segments in Italy
- Create and maintain a disciplined enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting and structured deal management
- Engage C-level stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs within Italy’s largest enterprises
Key requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise software, AI,
deep-tech, infrastructure, or complex solution sales
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with significant commercial value (€500K+ preferred)
- Experience building new-logo business from scratch rather than managing inherited accounts
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capability in complex enterprise environments
- Native-level Italian and fluent English
- Legal authorization to work in Italy
