Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical & Plumbing Technician to join our Maintenance team at Iniala Harbour House. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out both electrical and plumbing duties, ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment and guest rooms are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have technical qualifications and hands‑on experience in both trades, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance. They should be detail‑oriented, guest‑focused, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team.

Electrical Duties

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in lighting, power distribution, panels, and control circuits.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure electrical safety, performance, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Support maintenance of HVAC systems,



Building Management System (BMS) panels, freshwater pumps, heat pumps, and other plant equipment.
- Install, replace, and upgrade electrical components and fixtures as required.
- Safely isolate and restore electrical supply during maintenance or emergency interventions.

Plumbing Duties

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitary installations.
- Repair, replace, and install plumbing fixtures such as faucets, valves, water heaters, pumps, and pipelines.
- Identify leaks, blockages, and system faults, ensuring timely and effective remediation.
- Monitor water pressure, filtration systems, and circulation to ensure smooth operation.
