In this role, you will drive international growth for a fast-growing software company based in Naples. You will guide the international go-to-market strategy and oversee operational excellence across the business in collaboration with the Founder. You'll define and monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and ensure efficient use of budgets and resources.

The position focuses on scaling the product internationally while maintaining compliance with standards and fostering a high-performance team culture. This is a hands‐on opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory and impact in a dynamic tech environment.
