The St. Regis Rome seeks a Director of Groups & MICE to lead the hotel's group bookings, meetings, incentives, conferences and events with a strategic, client‐focused approach to bespoke luxury experiences.

You will develop and execute MICE strategies, collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, manage revenue targets and budgets, and build long‐term relationships with key corporate clients to drive growth and ensure flawless event delivery.
