In this role you drive cybersecurity sales for Italian accounts, building pipeline and shaping proposals. You’ll translate customer needs into measurable outcomes, collaborating with IDT sales and technical teams to position Schneider Electric’s cybersecurity offers. You’ll contribute to cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and strengthen customer relationships to accelerate growth. A meaningful opportunity to influence industrial digital transformation and security across critical infrastructure.

- Generate and mature pipeline through existing and new sales channels using market insight and customer understanding
- Position cybersecurity solutions aligned with Schneider Electric’s IDT global approach
- Collaborate with global IDT sales and technical experts to translate services into outcomes
- Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity offerings and target verticals to support consultative selling
- Share market feedback to strengthen value propositions and offer competitiveness
- Support sales enablement, forecasting, opportunity tracking,
and commercial documentation as requested by Global CS Commercial Director
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer-related field
- Proven track record in consultative selling of high-technology or cybersecurity solutions, ideally international
- Strong analytical and commercial skills to assess needs and translate into sales strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with teamwork
- Solid OT and industrial cybersecurity knowledge, familiarity with IC/SCADA, and cybersecurity certifications (IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
- Ability to discuss industrial automation credibly with delivery and engineering teams
- Initiative, urgency, and ability to drive opportunities to closure
- Ability to identify new market segments and growth opportunities
- Willingness to travel within ITALY up to 50%
- Fluent in Italian and English
