Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Southern Europe As Customer Success Manager for Southern Europe, you guide a portfolio of AVEVA customers to fast value, strong adoption, and tangible business outcomes. You act as the customer advocate internally and collaborate with Delivery, Sales, and partners to maximize value and drive growth. You'll shape success plans, manage onboarding, deployment, and adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.
This role blends strategic planning with hands‐on delivery to support customers across Italy, France, and Spain. Manage existing accounts to ensure customer success and perceived value of AVEVA solutions Own onboarding: build relationships, set expectations, identify goals, accelerate deployment readiness Lead deployment with Delivery Services or partners; define architecture, roadmap, budget,
and coordinate services Drive adoption by understanding customer operations and educating on AVEVA use cases Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to generate new revenue Maintain cross‐functional engagement with geographically distributed teams Act as voice of the customer to drive product and service improvements 5+ years in similar customer‐facing roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills on AVEVA technologies or equivalent products Proven ability to work with cross‐functional and distributed teams Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities Experience with project/program management methodologies Strategic and tactical thinking with tailored solutions for customers Proficiency in CRM, Office 365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Workday As Customer Success Manager for Southern Europe, you guide a portfolio of AVEVA customers to fast value, strong adoption, and tangible busin...
