Street Smash Burgers in Milan is seeking a Customer Experience & Quality Excellence Specialist to establish the foundations of how we delight guests in Italy. You will drive quality standards across stores, monitor feedback and reviews, and work with AI tools to improve service consistency as new locations open. You will travel across Europe to audits and set up scalable processes, collaborating with Headquarters and Operations to raise the overall customer experience and brand perception.
