Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking a counselor and/or social worker to join our team! We have openings for both child/adolescent counselors and adult counselors/therapists which may be located in our offices in Kent or Ravenna, Ohio.

Pay starts at $52,000 annually based on experience and licensure

Job Duties may include

Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

Diagnostic assessments

Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups

Referral/linkage with other services

Documentation for provided services

Qualifications

Master's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure

Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)

Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred

Training in counseling-scope work with youth and families (3yrs experience preferred)
