As a Corporate Real Estate Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will manage and improve the global portfolio data, focusing on accuracy and actionable insights. You will work with Archibus data, lease information, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable informed portfolio decisions and reporting. You will train and support users, oversee lease administration, and translate complex real estate data into clear business insights.
The role combines data, reporting, and presentation work to support the Global Portfolio Management division and sustainability goals. The opportunity offers hybrid work and close collaboration across teams to impact portfolio performance.

- Manage and continuously improve portfolio data in Archibus (property, lease, strategic planning, sustainability)
- Develop expertise in Archibus and promote its use across the team
- Deliver Archibus training and support internal users
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data
- Oversee external vendor responsible for lease administration ensuring data accuracy
- Identify and improve data collection, validation, lease abstraction, and lease management processes
- Raise purchase orders and verify invoices
- Prepare presentations, data analyses, reports, and charts from multiple data sources
- Translate complex real estate data into insights for portfolio decisions and management reporting
- Organize and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites; support division intranet development
- Support smooth operation of Global Portfolio Management with administrative tasks
- Proven experience in real estate data management, data analytics, and reporting
- Experience in lease management
- Experience in corporate real estate within a global corporate function
- Ability to interpret lease terms and understand portfolio structures and real estate data
- Hands-on experience with a real estate data management platform
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint; SAP REFX is an asset
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and proactive problem-solving
- Highly organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, accurate under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across topics
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and global collaboration skills
