Client Services Executive

As a Client Services Executive at Fiserv, you will be the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of service and resolution of inquiries. You’ll drive client satisfaction, uphold SLAs and KPIs, and advocate for clients within the company to continuously improve performance. You will collaborate across teams to reduce issues, deliver client education, and report on operational metrics.

This role offers global scale in fintech, with a focus on reliable, secure service delivery.

- Own and resolve client tickets and inquiries promptly
- Proactively manage cases to reduce new tickets and open issues
- Advocate for clients to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs
- Improve client satisfaction and likelihood-to-recommend scores
- Monitor performance trends and reduce future demand
- Track and manage incidents and implement preventative measures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency




- Provide client education and training for users
- Support other teams operationally as needed
- Produce and maintain SLA and performance reporting
- Adhere to Fiserv processes, procedures, and standards
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in banking, payment processing, or payments-related customer service is strongly preferred
- Strong client focus and empathy
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and quality
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in a technology-driven fintech environment
