Job responsibilities Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique Supporting the sales process and post‐sales activities Contributing to maintaining the store's image according to Loro Piana standards Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back‐office tasks Assisting in the preparation and management of in‐store events Profile Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus * Availability of working in shifts, including weekends
