What you will do

You will have to become an expert user of FlexSim and/or Visual Components, and your eventual responsibility will be to bring simulation projects from 0 to 100, from the initial idea to a working and correct model. You will have to identify and decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, supervise data collection and cleansing, quickly iterate on possible modeling approaches, communicate with all project stakeholders, implement simulation models, and validate simulation results.

Requirements

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics)
- Experience in mathematical modeling and simulation




- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Driving license

Preferential requisites

- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in a client-focused, service-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of the business process management
- Experience with any scripting language (Python, ECMA, Lua, R)
- Experience in data analysis, relational DBs (SQL), ML, BI
- Version control: git
- Development paradigm: Agile
