Our Position
Do you enjoy opening doors, building partnerships, and turning opportunities into long-term business success? As our Area Account Manager, you will help expand Nitto's presence in Italy by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and translating market needs into solutions.
Your Main Tasks
Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales objectives and budgets
Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive follow-upIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
Partner with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for customers
Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and customer information Your Profile You are a customer-focused sales professional who combines commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills. You enjoy working independently, are curious about new technologies, and thrive in a dynamic international environment.
You Bring
Around 5 years of experience in a technical B2B sales or account management role
Experience in industries such as adhesives, automotive, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach

Qualifications For this role, we foresee a salary range between €50,000 and €55,000 gross per year. The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. Next to the base salary, we offer benefits like: Premio plan
