Experteer Overview In this role you lead complex Google Cloud engagements for global clients, balancing onshore delivery with distributed teams to shape cloud solutions from design to deployment. You drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to deliver high-impact outcomes on Google Cloud platform-native capabilities. You'll work closely with clients and BCG leadership to guide multi-workstream programs and accelerate transformation.

This position offers hands-on leadership, exposure to cutting-edge Google Cloud tech, and opportunities to influence large-scale cloud programs.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead onshore delivery for Google Cloud programs and coordinate with nearshore/offshore teams to ensure quality and accountability across the delivery lifecycle Engage directly with clients to understand priorities, shape approaches, align requirements, and provide technical guidance Oversee architecture and engineering decisions to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable Google Cloud solutions Manage scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications,



and governance to ensure successful program delivery Mentor and align cross-location teams, promoting modern engineering practices and faster delivery Deliver across Google Cloud solution areas (modernization, Data & AI, Contact Center AI, Workspace, security, etc.) using platform-native capabilities Responsabilità 10+ years in client-facing technology roles (engineer, architect, consultant, or delivery lead) 5+ years architecting and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform Proven experience leading technical delivery, including design, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and go-live accountability Experience leading distributed global teams across onshore, nearshore, offshore models Strong communication and presentation skills for engineers, clients, and executives Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
