CONSTRUCTION WORK ASSISTANT MANAGER

Role

TEKNE is looking for a professionist to join the Works Management Division we are looking for a Works Management Assistant to manage construction sites with works costs exceeding €5 million relating to large buildings both newly built and renovated (Tertiary, Commercial, Residential, Hospital, Industrial and Hotel) .

Technical Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy and/or thermotechnical design sector

- In possession of an appropriate degree (Civil Engineering or Architect)

- Use of software such as AutoCAD, Revit

- Project Management experiences

- Knowledge of the English language and qualification for Safety Coordination 81/08 or Fire Fighting Expert is appreciated
