Junior Hardware Engineer - Internship:
TXT e-Tech, a company within the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior R&D; Engineer – Autonomous & Automation to join its Aerospace & Defense Division through a six-month extracurricular internship.
The successful candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary Research & Development team, contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions in the fields of robotics, automation, autonomous systems, and advanced electronic technologies.
The role involves systems engineering, requirements definition and analysis, hardware and software integration, as well as support for system integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Research & Development activities in the fields of autonomous systems, robotics, and automation;
Contribute to the definition, analysis, and verification of system requirements;
Produce clear, verifiable, and traceable system requirements;
Analyze systems, electronic architectures, and hardware/software interfaces;
Read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation;
Support the planning and execution of system integration, verification, and validation activities;
Contribute to functional and system testing;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on research and innovation projects.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle;
Ability to define, analyze, and verify system requirements;
Basic knowledge of electronic systems and hardware/software architectures;
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics;
Ability to plan and carry out integration, verification, and validation activities;
Good command of technical English.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience, including academic experience, with projects involving hardware and software integration;
Participation in university projects, internships, or thesis work related to robotics, artificial intelligence, computer vision, or embedded systems;
Knowledge of testing and validation methodologies;
Knowledge of automation systems;
Knowledge of collaborative robotics.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:
Automation Engineering;
Robotics Engineering;
Computer Engineering;
Electronic Engineering;
Aerospace Engineering;
Mechatronics Engineering;
Or an equivalent technical discipline.

Internship Details:
This position is a six-month extracurricular internship, offering a gross monthly internship allowance of €1,000.
