Drives, we are looking for a Service Coordinator – Drives to join our Service organization in Italy. Based in Italy, the role is responsible for managing customer service requests, coordinating internal activities, and ensuring effective collaboration between customers, service teams, Drive Centers, and other relevant stakeholders. The ideal profile is a customer-focused professional with experience in service coordination, customer support, or technical administration within an industrial environment.
You are comfortable managing multiple requests, coordinating activities across different teams, and ensuring that customer needs are addressed in a structured and timely manner. What You'll Be Doing Act as the main point of contact for customer service requests, ensuring proper registration, follow-up, and communication throughout the service process. Coordinate internally with service teams, technical departments, Drive Centers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of customer needs.
Support the preparation of repair quotations and service offers, coordinating the required information and activities with internal teams. Manage and distribute service requests to the appropriate local or international Drive Centers, ensuring the best support and timely resolution. Monitor ongoing activities, maintain service documentation, and contribute to improving customer experience and service processes.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, technical support, or similar roles within an industrial or technical environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand technical topics and effectively coordinate with service engineers, sales teams, and internal departments. Fluent in Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience with CRM or service management tools is considered an advantage. Compensation & Benefits (ITA) Contract Type: Permanent Contract Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (cod. CNEL H011) Annual Gross Salary Range: €40,000 – €45,000 Premio Scheme: Variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company and/or individual performance.
