We are looking for a structured, proactive, and results-oriented professional with:

Experience : At least 5 years in administrative roles.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

Technical skills : Experience in budget management, accounts receivable and payable, and international contracts.

Languages : Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

Tools : Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and knowledge of Power BI for analysis and reporting.

Precision : Attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks in an organized manner.

Team player : Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork.

Results-oriented : Focus on achieving company goals and meeting deadlines.

Analytical mindset : Ability to transform data into useful business insights.

Responsibilities

Data Production and Analysis :



Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and the ERP system to analyze financial and operational data, creating clear and detailed reports.

Administrative documentation : Ensuring accuracy in document management and compliance with tax and administrative deadlines.
