Relocation support
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a healthcare-related technical support project connected to diabetes medical devices.
As a Technical Support Advisor with Italian and English, you will support customers using diabetes devices, helping them solve technical issues, understand product functionality, and receive the right assistance when repair or replacement is needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to customers using diabetes medical devices.
- Troubleshooting device-related issues.
- Guiding users on product functionality.
- Coordinating repair or replacement processes when necessary.
- Handling customer questions and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Italian at C1 level.
- English at B2 level.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, call center, troubleshooting, or complaint handling would be an advantage, but is not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Athens
- EU citizenship required for relocation support.
Working conditions:
- On-site work in Athens
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday 8:30-00:00 | Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 24/7
- Fixed shifts.
- 6-month probation period.
Training:
- Training lasts 6 weeks.
- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
What the employer offers:
- Indefinite standard employment contract.
- Gross salary: 950 EUR gross per month.
- Language bonus: 100 EUR gross per month.
- Performance Premio: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPI
- Retention Bonus: one-time award of €250 (gross) after 6 months
- Welcome Bonus:
€500 paid after 3 months of employment for all new hires
- Meal allowance: €5 per working day (UpHellas Card)
- Health insurance
- Easter and Summer bonuses, equal to half of your monthly salary each
- Christmas Bonus, equal to a full monthly salary
Relocation support:
- Relocation support available for EU citizens.
- Travel costs covered: flight (+ pick up from the airport), bus, or train.
- Accommodation support: Airbnb for 4 week
