About this vacancy
- You will work on the development of complex software architecture on international projects.
- Starting from evaluating technology trends, you should facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experience.
- As a Full Stack Software Engineer you will design, develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components.
- You will work across the entire technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces, servers, databases, and APIs.
- Your role will combine technical versatility with problem-solving to deliver scalable and efficient digital solutions.
What we expect from you
- MSc in Software Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience
- Back-End: Java and Spring Boot, Front-end: ReactJS, Database: PostgreSQL
- Nice to have: experience with containerization and REST API
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong motivation for the Employeneurship model
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract,
and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
