SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Oneworks is looking for a Civil Engineer, with expertise in transport design, to join our team in Venice (Marghera). The successful candidate will thrive on delivering efficient, high-performance; and, most importantly, fit-for-purpose solutions for complex and technically challenging projects around the world, while coordinating and guiding project teams throughout the design process.

MSc in Civil Engineer
- Experience with Civil 3D and Revit
- At least 8/10 years experience in Engineering Design
- Experience in Infrastructure Design (roads / airports)
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Proven experience in coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary design teams
- Ability to manage design activities, priorities and deliverables within the team

- Ability to work in a team
- Problem solving skills
- Available to travel abroad
- Very motivated and High level of overcoming challenges
- High level of result orientation
- Eager to learn more digital technologies and innovations to make design and implementation processes more efficient. Able to get involved in research and innovation
- Eager to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of others.

- Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and seniority level.
