Job Title: Administrator

Location: Venegono, Northern Italy

Role Conditions

- Contract Length: 6 months initially, with potential extension
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 09:30 – 15:00 30-minute break deduction
- Accommodation: Not provided
- Work Type: Onsite only (no remote working available)

About the Role

JMC Aviation is recruiting an Administrator to support ongoing aerospace production activities in Venegono, Italy.

This position will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency onsite by assisting team leaders with administrative coordination and production tracking activities within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with clocking activities on MES systems
- Updating and adding job card percentages
- Closing completed job cards
- Tracking missing parts and production updates
- Supporting communication between onsite teams
- Maintaining accurate administrative records and documentation
- Providing general onsite administrative support

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

- Previous administration experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- English and Italian language skills
- Ability to work onsite in Venegono
- Right to work in the EU

Desirable:

- Previous experience within aerospace, engineering or manufacturing environments




- Experience working with production or maintenance documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
