HSPI S.p.A., a TXT Group company, provides Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation services.

To support the expansion of its Palermo office, HSPI is looking for 2 Business Analysts to join the team.

The selected candidates will work on-site (full presence) at the Palermo offices of a leading Public Administration organization, contributing to digital transformation and technological innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities

Support the analysis of business processes and functional requirements for IT projects.

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Support the mapping of Public Administration processes and the preparation of project documentation.

Participate in process analysis and the identification of opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.

Collaborate with business and technical teams and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Support project monitoring activities and the preparation of project status reports.
Education

Master's degree in Economics, Law,



or Management Engineering.
Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of the English language.

The successful candidate will be offered a one-year fixed-term employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio , with a RAL ranging from €22.000 to €29.000, depending on experience.
