We are looking for a licensed Tour Guide based in Florence to join our team and lead guided tours at the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery.

Requirements

- Professional Tour Guide license.

- Excellent knowledge of the history, art, architecture, and cultural significance of the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, and Florence.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

- High availability and flexibility, including weekends and public holidays.

- Reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead guided tours at the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery, delivering engaging, informative, and accurate commentary.

- Welcome visitors, verify reservations when required, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from the beginning to the end of each tour.

- Manage tour groups professionally, maintaining schedules, coordinating entry procedures, and ensuring compliance with site regulations.

- Share the historical, artistic, and cultural significance of each attraction through engaging storytelling tailored to different audiences.

- Answer visitor questions professionally and provide helpful recommendations throughout the tour.





- Adapt tours to different group sizes, visitor interests, and operational requirements while maintaining the highest standard of service.

- Ensure the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of guests throughout the tour.

- Represent Uncle Sam Tours with professionalism and contribute to delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
