What will your day look like?

- Lead and own your shift — run the daily briefing and decide how people are allocated across the floor.
- Drive the full warehouse flow (inbound, picking in AutoStore, outbound) and keep it on track against delivery deadlines.
- Manage the opening and closing of the warehouse.
- Supervise unloading, goods receipt, and stock movements, and make sure work procedures are followed across departments.
- Monitor operator performance and step in where it's needed.
- Handle team matters — attendance, absences, and the day-to-day issues that come up on shift, including hiring and offboarding.




- Report issues and escalations, and communicate with the rest of the international company.

Who are we looking for?

- English B2, Italian C1.
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with automated warehouse systems is an advantage.
- A natural leader — you can motivate a team and delegate clearly.
- Comfortable handling conflict resolution and employee concerns.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and run a shift effectively.
- Hands-on mindset with health & safety awareness, technical skills, and solid problem-solving.
