About this vacancy

We are looking for a trainee to join our team who, in collaboration with the HR Talent Acquisition team, will handle the following activities:

- Defining priorities and needs with business managers
- Candidate search across various platforms
- Initial contact with candidates and introductory interviews
- Planning and participating in internal events
- Planning and participating in employer branding events
- Corporate HR and training area

What we expect from you

- Technical requirements and IT knowledge
- Excellent use of the Office suite
- Good interpersonal and team-building skills
- Interest in the world of technology and engineering
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree (first level),



Master's Degree/Single Cycle (second level)
- Language skills: knowledge of the following languages is required
- Italian: native speaker
- English: good (B2-C1)

What you can expect from us

We offer an initial internship lasting 6 months with a monthly expense reimbursement of €1,000, aimed at integration into the company with an employment contract upon completion of the program, based on the achievement of agreed objectives.
