Job Description
The main objective of the candidate will be to ensure the correct flow, planning, and operational management of shipments, including customs procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Management of shipping and invoicing documents (including samples, material returns,
Intercompany shipments, and shipments of various materials)
- Imports (quotation requests, documentation control, customs forms archiving, etc.)
- Control and management of customs procedures
- Transport organization
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or related field
- Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with main Incoterms and transport documents (CMR, AWB, B/L, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP management systems, preferably SAP
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Customer-oriented approach and good relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Goal-oriented mindset
