Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Receptionist for its Milan office.
Role and activities
Daytime reception coverage (for staff access, driveway opening, parking management)
Reception of employees, customers and candidates
Managing incoming telephone calls and any internal communications
General secretarial work, managing meeting rooms and archives.
What we offer
The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 23,000 and € 26,000
The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)
for the Professional Firms
The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements

What we look for
Good interpersonal skills
Basic English language skills
Experience with the use of a PC and the Office package.
Experience in a similar role in structured and formal contexts will be considered a plus.
