Software CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Manager / Team Leader In this role you guide customers through the full solution cycle as a trusted advisor. You translate business needs into Salesforce-based solutions, delivering tailored demos and compelling value propositions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales process and drive digital transformation for enterprise clients.

You operate with a growth mindset, participate in training and mentorship, and help scale AI-powered capabilities across the customer journey. This is an opportunity to shape strategic outcomes for leading organizations within Salesforce's AI-first vision.

Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle with cross-functional collaboration

Understand customer needs and position Salesforce as the optimal solution





Demonstrate deep understanding of the client's industry and technology in relation to Salesforce

Develop and present innovative custom solutions and demos to key decision-makers

Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain essential knowledge

Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management

Respond efficiently to RFPs

Lead the technical side of the sales cycle

Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives

Fluency in Italian and English

Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree

Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies

Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or enterprise software training
