Account Manager: is an Italian company with over 50 years of experience in the flavors and fragrances industry. Through innovation, technical expertise and a strong customer-oriented approach, we develop and manufacture high-quality fragrance and flavor solutions for customers worldwide. As part of our international growth strategy, we are expanding our commercial presence in selected European markets and are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to strengthen our Fragrance Division, based in Caponago.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Moellhausen's business within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers. This role combines strategic business development with key account management and requires a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial professional capable of representing the company locally while working closely with our headquarters in Italy. The position is home-based within the assigned country and requires frequent travel throughout the territory and internationally.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory, ensuring sustainable business growth. Identify, develop and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.
Promote
Moellhausen's fragrance portfolio and provide commercial support throughout the entire sales process. Understand customer needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored fragrance solutions. Build long-term partnerships with customers through a consultative sales approach.
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D;, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience. Monitor market trends,
competitor activities and emerging business opportunities within the fragrance industry. Prepare sales forecasts, reports and business plans.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and international trade exhibitions. 8–10 years of successful B2B sales experience within the fragrance industry. ~ Strong knowledge of the local market and an established professional network within the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry. ~ Proven track record in business development and achieving ambitious sales targets. ~ Ability to manage strategic customer relationships while proactively developing new business opportunities. ~ Experience using CRM systems. ~ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be considered an advantage. ~ Excellent command of English and fluency in the local language of the assigned territory. ~ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. ~ The opportunity to represent an Italian company with a strong international reputation in the fragrance industry. The contractual arrangement will be defined in accordance with local regulations and may be established through an Employer of Record (EOR) or another compliant engagement model, depending on the candidate's profile and the applicable legal framework. Indicative annual gross salary (RAL): € 60,000–€ 90,00. Permanent employment contract.
