Finanz is one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech apps (180,000+ users). We sell a private-label B2B engine (financial education + customer intelligence) that banks embed in their own app. Already live with Crédit Agricole, Satispay, Credem, Gimme5 and Euromobiliare. We're opening new markets from scratch and need someone who can build them.

The role

Owns the DE/AT market end-to-end: opens doors through their own network, runs the demos and closes private-label deals with banks, neobanks and insurers. Intro-led, not cold outbound. High autonomy, direct founder support.

Who we're looking for (must-have)

- Established network in banking / fintech / insurance in Germany (or Austria)
- Track record closing B2B / enterprise deals
- Able to self-generate meetings (intros, associations, events)
- Native-level German (C2)

- Autonomous, high-energy, full ownership of the numbers

Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS / platforms to financial institutions
- Familiarity with the German regulatory landscape

Package
- Indicative gross annual package (on-target): €50–60K gross/year, performance-linked with real upside
- Independent contractor engagement, fully remote

How we assess

What we look for (for pre-screening): consultative selling (not just pitching), energy, objection handling, and coachability (the most important). First call: screen-share to filter time-waster
