Job Overview Location: Milano, Duomo. The resource will support Gutteridge, part of the Capri group, a prestigious men's clothing brand.

Responsibilities Sale and support to customers during their purchases.

Fidelity of customers to the brand, acting as ambassadors.

Execute operational activities of the store in accordance with corporate policies.

Know sales targets and store KPIs.

Collaborate productively with the entire team.

Customer reception, satisfaction and loyalty.

Replenishment and organization of sales areas and warehouse.

Ideal

Profile 1 year of experience in structured corporate settings in men's apparel, good organizational skills, natural aptitude for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge of tailored products is a premio.





Good English proficiency and familiarity with Office suite, flexibility, availability and motivation.

Contract Type

Fixed‐term.

Working

Hours & CCNL Full time 40 hours, with scheduled shift system (weekly shift organization 5 days out of 7 except during specific commercial periods). Commerce. Remuneration €25,000 – 30,000, employee discount in all Gutteridge and Alcott brand stores.
