We are looking for an Electronic Engineer for a project in the Defense sector.

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for:

- Development of control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Modeling and simulation of dynamic systems.
- Software development in C/C++.
- Software implementation, integration, and testing.
- Support for verification and validation activities.

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within structured environments.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
- Good knowledge of programming in C/C++.
- Understanding of control systems principles and dynamic system modeling.
- Proficiency in Italian at C1 level.
- Willingness to work on-site.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.





TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
