Do you enjoy interacting with guests and are you looking for a varied role in a beautiful resort setting? Our resort – with 134 apartments – is nestled in one of the most picturesque bays on Lake Maggiore – a place where others come on holiday and you can realise your full potential.

Your smile is our calling card! Join our team – we are looking for a committed and friendly person for our charming mini-shop.

What you can expect

- A warm welcome for our guests and ensuring a first-class standard of service
- Efficient management of daily shop operations
- Cashier duties, stock management and restocking shelves
- Preparation and tidying up of the shop, including our popular bread roll service
- Compliance with HACCP regulations for staff and adherence to current safety measures.
- Clearly defined working hours, 6-day week (40 hours/week)
- Work in a highly motivated and successful team in one of the most beautiful locations on Lake Maggiore

What you bring along

- A strong focus on guests and service, as well as a friendly, open personality.
- Reliability, organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.




- Good communication skills in German and Italian (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Experience: All profiles are welcome – from career changers to experienced professionals.

- Performance-based pay based on CCNL Turismo, salary range of €24’000–€27’000
