Your new responsibilities
The Product Marketing Head leads a multidisciplinary organization comprising Product Marketing and Application Engineering. The mission of the organization is to accelerate business growth across Mobility, Visualization and Datacom segments by converting technology and market opportunities into funnel, design-ins, design-wins and sustainable revenue. The role is accountable for ensuring that all resources are deployed where they create the highest business impact.
- Own the organization's contribution to funnel growth, design-ins, design-wins, and revenue
- Lead, develop, and optimize Product Marketing and Application Engineering
- Allocate resources to align with strategic business priorities
- Partner closely with Segment Leaders,
Sales, Product Management to drive growth
- Ensure availability of marketing assets, reference designs, evaluation platforms, and technical proof points
- Monitor pipeline health and improve opportunity conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on measurable business outcomes
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, or related technology leadership roles, with proven success leading high-performing global teams
- Strong track record of driving business growth through funnel creation, design-ins, design-wins, revenue generation, and strategic customer engagement in semiconductor or related technology markets
- Solid understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software integration, mixed-signal architectures, and system-level solutions, with the ability to translate technical innovation into customer value
- Experienced in defining go-to-market strategies, building market-focused value propositions, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Strategic, customer-oriented leader with strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving organizational performance and measurable business outcomes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is considered a plus
