IT Business Solution Architect (w/m/d)

In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end digital solutions that align with business needs and strategic goals. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure seamless integration of digital platforms and continuously drive innovation across our Sales, Retail, and Marketing landscape.

YOUR TASKS

- Design and develop end-to-end digital architectures for digital platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, CMS, eCommerce systems) and customer experience platforms
- Translate customer journey and UX requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
- Act as Product Owner, defining product vision, prioritizing backlog, and maximizing business value
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital platforms
- Support project delivery, planning, and governance, ensuring alignment with roadmap, budget, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholders across business and IT, facilitating decision-making and alignment
- Oversee lifecycle management, ensuring stability and performance of digital solutions

YOUR PROFILE

- Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or a related field
- Experience in system integration, CRM, CDP or CIAM tools represents an advantage
- Strong understanding of sales processes and application landscapes
- Experience with modern frontend platforms and CMS
- Background in project and delivery management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and either Italian or German

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of 40.000€ (gross annual salary) for this position. The exact classification may be adjusted based on clearly defined, objective criteria such as professional experience, skill level, and the scope of responsibility required.
