Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. All guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.
We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Italy. This is a remote position based in Italy.

Responsibilities include:
- Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on Italy
- Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
- Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
- Convert enquiries and meet sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Offer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requests
- Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
- Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools
Qualified applicants should have:
- In depth knowledge of travel destinations in Italy
- Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Italy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM, and Booking Platform
- Team-oriented mindset, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Candidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanor
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry especially in the Italian travel market
- Impeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangements

Compensation is based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonuses for meeting sales targets.
