Project Manager Architecture

Description

The BIMON team is looking for a Project Manager for the architectural sector, who will be responsible for managing contracts with a digital approach and focus on data. We are looking for a candidate with experience in project management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams and management of complex projects.

Work experience

- at least 3 years of experience in BIM
- at least 1 year of experience in project management
- at least 2 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects

Professional background

- mastery of national and international BIM regulations
- knowledge of BIM documentation (BEP, oGi, pGi, CI)
- knowledge of BIM processes
- mastery of project management protocols

Soft Skills

- curiosity and willingness to learn and challenge oneself
- ability to work in a team
- ability to dialogue with the customer




- ability to organize and manage people and time

Certifications

- professional certification (optional)
- PMP certification (optional but highly recommended)

Foreign experience

- erasmus-type training (optional)

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Economics

Languages

- English (level B2)

- Autodesk Revit (optional)

- Power BI (optional)
- use of CDE platforms (BIM 360 docs and BIM 360 design collaboration)
