Job Description

Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. For our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD), we are looking for a candidate to take on the role of Junior Material Planner – Expeditor, to join the Supply function.

You will:

- Issue purchase orders to suppliers for raw materials of production (glass, tabs, nest etc.)

- Analyze the stock levels and lead times

- Handle system notifications for advancing/postponing/cancelling purchase orders

- Arrange collections

- Coordinate returns of non-conforming raw materials in collaboration with other company functions (quality, production, administration)

- Manage the procurement of samples for product development projects

Qualifications

- Degree in Economics or related field

- Previous experience, even brief, in the Supply Chain function is considered a plus

- Advanced knowledge of Excel

- Good command of English (B2)

- Planning and organizational skills

- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar)

- Analytical approach in managing daily activities

- Strong problem-solving skills

For this role, we offer a 12-month fixed term contract, with an expected compensation range of € 25,000 – € 35,000. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including professional experience, education, and skill level.
