Job description:

The role as an operator at Midsummer is broad and varied. Your main responsibility is to ensure production machinery output meets the production goals within the set quality standard.

The daily work involves being assigned to a station in the production line, which specifically might be the assembly table, pre-lamination and post-lamination, JB (junction box) assembly, quality control testing, and packaging. You will perform assembly, wiring of photovoltaic components, and assembly of support structures, operating and supervising production machinery (e.g., laminating/welding machines). Furthermore,



to perform visual and instrumental product checks and to manage the handling (picking/storage) of materials required for production.

Requirements:

- Experience working in a production environment. We value personal suitability, a genuine interest in technology, and solid technical competence.

- A high school diploma is required. A post-secondary qualification from an Istituto Tecnico Superiore (ITS) is considered a strong asset.

- Minimum B2 level of English

- Understanding manufacturing processes and how one process affects the next one.

- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach.

- A fast learner with sharp attention to detail

- Works effectively both independently and in team settings

- Adapt easily to a dynamic and fast-paced environments

- Likes to work in an international environment and values diverse cultural perspectives
