HSE Auditor - Florence, Italy - 12 month Contract

Looking to take your career to the next level? We’re recruiting for a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Florence. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a HSE Auditor to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying risks and ensuring safe working practices across construction activities
- Monitor contractor compliance with HSE standards and intervene or escalate where required, including stop work authority
- Manage non conformities and support corrective actions to ensure site safety performance




- Support incident and near miss investigations, providing clear reporting to the Safety Director and stakeholders

What you’ll need:

- Valid CSE qualification in line with D.Lgs. 81/08
- Proven HSE experience within construction or industrial site environments
- Strong experience with site inspections, risk assessments, and contractor safety management
- Ability to work in a hands on, field based role with tempo pieno on site presence
- Italian Speaking
