About this vacancy

You will be involved in the design, development, and optimization of data solutions, from gathering requirements to deployment in production environments.

You will work on building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating multiple data sources, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance across our systems.

What we expect from you

- M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
- 1–3 years of experience in developing data-driven solutions or data platforms
- Proven experience with Python, SQL, Databricks, and data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Italian

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract,



and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
