Responsibilities:

-Perform equipment servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades

-Identify suitable replacements for obsolete parts

-Carry out calibration, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment at customer sites

-Prepare test reports upon completion of repairs, where appropriate

-Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records for all service activities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

-Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic or mechanical systems

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

-Technical knowledge and hands-on skills on monitoring, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and tool recovery would be an advantages

-Recent graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply

-Basic Command of Spoken and Written English

-Willingness to work during weekends and evenings when needed for installation and service
