We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in our hotel. We’re looking for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome a Concierge Agent capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Key Responsibilities:

● Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcome;

● Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;

● Being our guests’ trusted point of contact both prior and during the stay;

● Building strong relationships through a swift, professional and highly personalized service;

● Sharing local knowledge of events, places of interests and special activities;

● Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve overall satisfaction;

● Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality

● Managing Doorman and Porters activities, including guests’ arrival, departure & luggage storage;

● Reporting to Head Concierge;

About You:





● Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner;

● Possess the ability to work under pressure;

● Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability;

● Excellent communication skills within all hotel departments

● Fluency in the Italian & English language - extra language skills would be preferred but not essential;

● Preferred working experience with similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands.
