We are looking for a Configuration & Data Management Specialist for space programs, responsible for configuration control and document management throughout the entire product lifecycle.

About this vacancy

The resource will ensure configuration control, management of technical documentation, and traceability of project data according to aerospace standards. Main activities: - Management of the Configuration Management Plan and Product Tree - Coordination of Change Requests, CCB, Deviations, and Waivers - Management of Configuration Status Accounting - Control and distribution of technical documentation - Management of DRLs and Data Packages - Support for technical reviews and project milestones

What we expect from you

- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in Configuration & Data Management in the aerospace field
- ESA/ASI/CNES experience is a plus
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of ECSS-M-ST-40 standards
- Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, Eclipse, Confluence
- Familiarity with aerospace documentation (BOM, ICD, drawings, reports)
- Knowledge of DOORS,



Jama, or Codebeamer
- Italian C2, English B2/C1

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €34,000, in accordance with the provisions of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and after evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate at the conclusion of the selection process, it may propose a final RAL exceeding the amount mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net per year for skills development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, adhering to the current company policies.
