Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Energy Storage System (ESS) products, including installation guidance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Deliver product training and technical support to distributors, installers, EPCs, and other channel partners to ensure successful project implementation.
- Assist customers and the sales team with pre-sales technical consultations and post-sales issue resolution.
- Collaborate with R&D;, product, and service teams to provide customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Electronics,



or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in technical support, commissioning, or after-sales service for Energy Storage Systems (ESS), photovoltaic (PV), inverters, or related industries.
- Good understanding of lithium battery systems, inverters, PCS, photovoltaic systems, and AC/DC electrical principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in both Italiano and English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
