Position

The Collection Trainer will be responsible for collecting and curating inspirational content for new collections, working in close collaboration with the Collection merchandising, marketing and style departments. This role involves developing and producing comprehensive training materials for various audiences, including retail teams, wholesale and E.commerce.

The Collection Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all training content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand's vision, requiring strong communication, content creation, and storytelling abilities.

Job responsibilities

- Your main mission is to gather inspiration and key themes of new collections in collaboration with the Collection merchandising and style teams at every step of the development of a new collection in order to design and develop training tools
- Develop and produce engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and digital content, for diverse audiences (retail, wholesale, E.commerce, Marketing Communication)
- Translate collection inspirations into compelling narratives and comprehensive training programs for retail staff to ensure a deep understanding of new collections, product features, and selling techniques.
- Share monthly focus training sessions for sales associates
- Regular exchanges with sales associate on ongoing development and their needs
- Digitalization and publication of training tools in the mobile learning application
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of all training content.
- Continuously update and refine existing training materials based on feedback and evolving collection needs.
- Utilize strong storytelling skills to make training content memorable and impactful.
- Manage the training calendar and coordinate training sessions for various teams.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Maintain a repository of all training materials and resources.

Profile





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- Experience in sales and training in luxury universe
- Proven experience in content creation, training, or a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong affinity for the luxury universe and its clientele
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Pedagogical and creative
- Good interpersonal skills and teams spirit
- Demonstrated strong storytelling abilities, capable of creating compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in developing engaging visual and written content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and product knowledge
- Good command on PowerPoint, Photoshop as well digital universe
- Innovative approach and AI sensitivity
