The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for you!

Responsibilities

The Bartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menù items, including special cocktails and wine selections.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to alcohol service policies.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
- Promote a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere aligning with the hotel's 5-star standards.

Skills

To successfully fill this role,



you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Bartender experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties.
- Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
- High school diploma or GED; experience in the F&B; sector, or related professional area.
- Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
