For our Milan office, we are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer.

Required Profile

- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering–Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil and/or building design studios

You are the ideal candidate if you:

- Are able to independently design medium-complexity structures in reinforced concrete, steel, and timber, starting from the conceptual stage and potentially supported by structural analysis software
- Can organize your own work and coordinate a small project team, ensuring the production of high-quality technical deliverables under the guidance of the project manager
- Have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, BIM/Revit environment, and structural analysis software such as MIDAS and SAP2000
- Are able to communicate effectively with clients and collaborators in both English and Italian
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset

Some of your responsibilities within our team:

- Collaborating closely with the structural and multidisciplinary design teams,



under the supervision of the project manager, particularly during the onboarding phase
- Developing structural designs both as part of an interdisciplinary project team and in coordination with external stakeholders
- Coordinating and managing a project team, with responsibilities aligned to your technical and interpersonal capabilities
- Preparing cost estimates, economic evaluations, and quantity take-offs for structural works
- Planning and organizing your work to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budget requirements
