We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Merchandising Intern to join our Global team based in Milan.
How You Will Contribute
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the Sales Merchandising function, supporting day-to-day activities across Retail and Wholesale channels.
You will contribute to sales monitoring, reporting, and operational merchandising processes, while working in collaboration with different teams across the organization.
- Support merchandising analysis and reporting on global sell-in / sell-out performance
- Monitor new collection performance, tracking sales trends and supporting the collection and consolidation of market feedback
- Contribute to the preparation of business presentations and internal reports
- Ensure regular updates and maintenance of key tools and files (e.g.
assortment matrix, sales dashboards)
- Monitor inventory levels and support the identification of actions to improve stock availability and balance across the network
- Support the Global Merchandising Manager in day-to-day operational activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Retail, Wholesale, CRM, Planning) to ensure alignment and data accuracy
Who You Are
- Master’s degree in economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous internship or experience in a merchandising or analytical role is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
- Well-organized with good time management skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
